- PROJECT INFORMATION: The Bingöl-Karlıova-Region 12 Border Road project is a total of 84,6 km. A critical part of the Karadeniz-SE Anatolia axis on Türkiye's North-South corridor, this project links provinces of Trabzon and Şanlıurfa, also providing a significant alternative. The project consists of the construction of 84.6 km dual carriageway (divided road) including level junctions and underpasses.
